You’ll need around ½ lb of raspberries, ½ lb caster sugar and one bottle of vodka. Wash the raspberries then squeeze them into a bottle. Using a funnel, add the sugar and top up with vodka. Shake the bottle every few days until the sugar has dissolved and then store it in a cool, dark place for at least three months. There are a load of raspberry cocktails here you can make when it’s ready!
