Carrot & Coriander will never be on a colour chart!

Never an attractive colour it has to be said, but carrot and coriander soup remains one of my favourites. I wonder if they make carrot and cilantro soup in the US? I love finding out what herbs are called in other countries; in France they call parsley ‘persil’! Persil is a company that makes washing powder/detergent in the UK. In Spain I recently saw this washing powder… I guess a colon is the same thing in the US!

We have coriander and cilantro. Canada, as I imagine the us does too. I believe coriander is the root and cilantro the leaves. I like coriander and not cilantro. Interesting, no?
