I thought I would try something new! I had some leftover chilli in the fridge along with some bargain bucket red peppers so I cut the tops off the peppers, scooped out the oomska (Uncle Monty) and spooned in my leftover chilli. I bake them for 30 mins or so in a medium oven then sneaked a little slice of amazing Vegusto cheese under the lid and put them back in to bake for 5 more mins. This must be one of the cheapest easiest meals and it looked and tasted great!
