This has to be one of the best and simplest ways to cook corn on the cob! Peel back the leaves and remove the stringy bits. Rub some vegan marg into the corn, grind some fresh black pepper onto them, then cover back up with the leaves and place in a medium oven (150°) for around 30 mins. Serve with a hot chilli, burritos or burgers… whatever you fancy. Absolutely juicy and delicious! Try it – you’ll see!
