Most Sundays I feel like one of two options for dinner; a big roast dinner (nut roast, potatoes, parsnips, cabbage, gravy and all the stuff) or something lighter with a big green salad. Today it was a salad day. I made a leek and onion quiche and used black salt and turmeric to flavour the tofu along with salt, pepper and thyme from the garden. It worked really well and came out very quichey but without the wobbly eggy bits that make Marc heave. Tofu really is amazing and I love it!
