Kitchen Kit

As part of my resolve to buy less new stuff, I went to a local flea market this morning and hit lucky! Last week in my local Kitchen Shop (a lovely shop that sells wonderful kit for the everything you could think of doing in a kitchen – and some!), I saw an icing kit for over a tenner! Tala still make icing kits but this one was made in the 1950s! The little nozzles are made of stainless steel and brass. They need cleaning up a bit but for a mere £3.50, I am chuffed with this! Watch this space for more imaginatively designed cakes…
