Lemon Drizzle Take 2

I made Lemon Drizzle cakes again to take to a friend’s house for dessert. They were nice, but not quite as good as the first batch. I realised that they can actually take quite a lot of syrup without going stodgy. I reckon you can get away with all the juice from one large lemon and enough golden caster sugar to make it nice and syrupy! Next time I make these I will give them a good dousing!
