Chick Pea Salad at MoMA

Earlier this month I took my son to New York for a few days. We had a great time running around taking in the sights. One of my favourite experiences was going to MoMA, the Museum of Modern Art. It was stunning, we saw van Gogh’s Starry Night, Monet’s Water Lilies, Dalí’s The Persistence of Memory, Pollock’s One: Number 31, Warhols’ Double Elvis… in fact, around every corner was a Rousseau, Chagall, Picasso, Gauguin, Matisse, Cézanne… stunning. What really took my breath away was the beautiful sculpture Tall Figure III by Alberto Giacometti. I was lucky with the sun too in this photo, the shadow was gone in two minutes. Oh yea, I also really enjoyed the chick pea salad I ate at MoMA too. Well, this blog is supposed to be about food isn’t it?!
