This was my second roast dinner in three days! Outrageous! The nut roast was made using a packet mix boosted with some chopped Brazil nuts, red wine and mixed herbs. I roasted potatoes, parsnips and carrots and steamed my first Brussels sprouts of the year, delicious. Onion gravy, homemade cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard made this a top dish! Very naughty for a Wednesday.
