The key to a good tofu stir-fry I reckon is pre-cooking the tofu first. I like my tofu to have some texture, even a bit of crunch! I fry mine until it is begining to brown adding soya sauce as I go. Then I take it off the heat and add the garlic, onion and vegetables. I put the tofu back in just before the veggies are cooked then add some sesame seeds. It’s a very quick and easy supper and a good way of using up some of the bits and bobs hanging around in the fridge!
