Day One: Marc picked the olives (we got around 35 – it’s only a little tree). He put them in water and left them to soak. They have to be left under water for ten days – changing the water daily. Then they will be pickled in brine. I am hope to have a few decent ones for a Martini or two come Christmas! That’s two Christmas drinks organised as the sloe gin is coming along very nicely!
