Nut Roast part 2

Back from Wales! I had a lovely time staying at friend’s house for Halloween and my Birthday. We just ate lots of yummy food, drank some booze and went for a couple of walks… oh yea, we watched eight horror films too! The nut roast was very nice except that I think I overcooked it a bit… it was a tad crunchy! I reckon it just needs around 40 mins. We had lovely crispy roast pots with it and roast parsnips and garlic, carrots cooked in cider and thyme and steamed cabbage, onion gravy and horseradish! Yum!
