Glow-in-the-dark tequila jellies!

These are so easy to make. Use a veggie packet jelly mix and add as much tonic water as you can get away with (keep tasting it). When they set, the quinine in the tonic will glow under UV light.

    Oh damn, I didn’t measure it, just sploshed it in! Some recipes suggest 1 part water (hot, to melt the jelly) then 2 parts tequila. But make sure the whole volume of liquid matches what the jelly instructions say or it won’t set…. Good luck and please post pics!
