It’s all in the sauce for me! I read about a miso and tahini dressing and thought it sounded lovely so I had a go. First I lightly fried ½ a small onion in some toasted sesame oil with a crushed clove of garlic and some minced fresh ginger. Then I stirred in a tablespoon of soya bean and brown rice miso, a dessert spoon of light tahini and a dash of soya sauce. I added water to get a smooth consistency then blended to a smooth sauce. I stir-fried some smoked tofu and added pak choy, green beans, onion, purple-headed broccoli, toasted cashews and sesame seeds. It was very nice too!
