If you fancy a cupcake that is not too sweet then these little lovelies might hit the spot! They are made with crunchy peanut butter and they do taste very peanutty! I left them in the oven for an extra five minutes so that they developed a bit of a crunch on the top. Marc says they are yummy and perfect for his lunchbox. He’ll be lucky, there might not be any left by tomorrow.
