Christmas Pudding Part 2

I just had some Christmas pudding that I made in November 2010! It was very tasty. It was very slightly dry, maybe a bit cake-like, but it tasted good and Christmassy! Next time I will ‘feed’ it with brandy for a few days before cooking it. The best way to cook leftover Christmas pudding, as my Mum taught me, is to fry it in a tiny bit of veggie marg. Nice!
