Bakewell tart

Sunday morning, Bakewell tart and the crossword. I made this using bought pastry, homemade strawberry jam and vanilla sponge mix with ground almonds. Sprinkle flaked almonds on top and bake on a medium heat for 50 minutes.

Glow-in-the-dark tequila jellies!

These are so easy to make. Use a veggie packet jelly mix and add as much tonic water as you can get away with (keep tasting it). When they set, the quinine in the tonic will glow under UV light.
